  • Collaborate with Domain Experts to ensure the Product Backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and ready for iteration planning.

  • Help Engineering teams become self-organizing and high-performing, emphasizing shared ownership, collective learning, and disciplined delivery practices.

  • Define and track team performance metrics using the DORA and SPACE frameworks to measure flow, quality, and team well-being.

  • Promote Extreme Programming (XP) practices such as Pair and Ensemble Programming, Refactoring Legacy Code, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Continuous Integration, fostering a culture where these practices are valued, understood, and consistently implemented across teams.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by helping teams identify and address bottlenecks in their delivery process.
